Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with pastors and leaders.
Share about missions and OM in churches and events.
Support short-term teams, prayer efforts, and local outreaches.
Help plan mobilization events and materials.
Qualifications & Expectations:
Passion for the local church and missions.
Confident communicator and relational.
Spanish: fluent or functional and growing.
Willing to travel and serve flexibly across Costa Rica.
Teachable, team-oriented, and aligned with OM’s mission.
