As the TeenStreet Europe Event Director, your primary responsibility will be the successful and Sustainable delivery of TeenStreet Europe.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and development of the Europe event to ensure it remains relevant, innovative, impactful, and effective in advancing our vision.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the staff members under your supervision.
- Recruit the necessary staff and volunteers and ensure the financial sustainability of the Europe event
- Represent TeenStreet Europe within OM and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Facilitate vision development and strengthen connections within the wider TeenStreet community
- Maintan strong partnerships with the international TeenStreet network to ensure the Europe event meets established standards and contributes to the development of TeenStreet International
- Build connections with other events and mobilization initiatives
- Collaborate with the mobilization teams of OM countries to create synergies and advance shared objectives
Your Profile:
- A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a strong identification with the values and vision of OM Germany
- A passion for teenagers and for the least reached, along with personal experience engaging with both groups
- Proven experience leading diverse teams and managing projects
- Strong intercultural and interdenominational experience and understanding
- Excellent communication, organizational, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Strong English language skills, both written and spoken. German language skills is a strong plus.
- The ability and willingness to build and maintain sustainable relationships across different cultures, churches, and organizations
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Willingness to build a support team to help fund part of the salary costs (further details will be provided during the recruitment process)
