Ministry details
*Passion to train and equip others to be effective in their own calling and ministry through their personal gifts.
*Leadership experience
*Training experience
*Cross-cultural ministry experience
*English fluency
*Able to work with deadlines or under pressure
*Teach content related to disciple-making and missions on a regular basis.
*Assist in developing and implementing strategies to reach and engage least-reached people groups
*Foster a culture of learning and growth within the program.
*Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall success of the program.

Please note: This is a non-salaried position. Members need to raise funds and support in partnership with friends, family and churches.
