Technical Skills
Manage screening, placement, training, data entry, and member care of field workers.
Inspire diverse audiences; public speaking (preferred)
Excellent admin, organisational, and communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OM‑specific software.
1–2 years relevant experience; cross‑cultural missions (OM) preferred.

Link believers with equipping opportunities.
Promptly follow up inquiries and applications.
Maintain accurate, efficient administration.
Preferred Requirements
Prior cross‑cultural missions/field experience (OM a plus).
Strong public‑speaking and relationship‑building skills.

Global missions landscape and trends.
Willingness to complete basic OM missions courses if not already done.
