We are looking for someone that is handy, loves to roll up his/her sleeves and who wants to serve God and others in a practical way. Come and take care of our OM base at Lacken House, Co. Roscommon, and oversee all guest services.
Ministry details
We are honoured to welcome short-term teams, church groups, special events, and visitors from around the globe to our property, Lacken House. Our goal is to offer our space for retreats, church weekends, youth gatherings, and more. We aim to create an environment of rest, fellowship, and encouragement to empower Christians to actively live out their faith within their communities.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A heart to see Vibrant Communities of Jesus Followers among the Least Reached.
- A welcoming and caring personality to help our guests feel welcomed and at home.
- Ability to anticipate, plan for and respond to the needs of guests.
- A servant-heart and willingness to work practically to serve others.
- Collaborate with local volunteers and interns, fostering a supportive environment as you guide and inspire one another while working together.
- Catering skills or willingness to learn.
Due to the seasonal nature of our hospitality work, it demands a high degree of flexibility. However, this also provides you with the opportunity to engage in other ministries, get involved in the community and in your local church.
