GOAL
Lead the Creative Enterprise department in cultivating marketplace partners who help communities of Jesus followers among the least reached thrive through the arts.
DIVISION MANDATE
We build a trellis of collaborative relationships across ministry, fundraising, and the marketplace so artists can thrive as they help grow vibrant communities of Jesus followers among the least reached.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
· Successful personal and team leadership
· Experience budgeting and accounting
· Experience in business
· Familiarity with secure communication regarding creative access countries
