Ministry details

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for prayer, spiritual formation, and mobilizing others to pray across cultures and ministry contexts.
The successful candidate will work closely with Field Prayer Coordinators, Field Leaders, the Area Leadership Team, and the OM International Prayer Hub to strengthen prayer throughout the MENA Area.
The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and coordination skills, as well as the ability to encourage and equip others in developing sustainable rhythms of prayer.
Experience serving in multicultural and cross-cultural environments is highly desirable.
Occasional regional and international travel may be required to participate in prayer gatherings, leadership meetings, training events, and ministry visits.
The position requires initiative, flexibility, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with geographically dispersed teams.
The successful candidate should demonstrate spiritual maturity, cultural sensitivity, discretion, and a heart for serving others.
This is a support-raised ministry position within OM. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and maintain a personal prayer and financial support team in accordance with OM policies.
