Description
You will partner with a local organization, that aims to actively introduce children, young people and families to Jesus and help them to meet God through the Bible and prayer. Typical activities include camps or school and student groups to producing Bible reading resources and working with poor and marginalized children.
Ministry details
Participant will help in organising, planning and running of a children and youth camp for 5 days during the school holidays. There will be various sessions aimed at the holistic development of children. The camp will include several activities help them to learn, grow and meet Jesus. You might need to attend some online meetings/calls before arriving to help in the planning.
Purpose
Serving alongside local workers to make Jesus known to children, young people and families.
Participant profile
A believer, who is passionate about sharing Jesus, loves working with kids and youth and willing to step out of their comfort zone. Team player, self-motivated, someone ready to share their gifts. Skills such as art and crafts and experience in kids and youth ministry would be great but not a must.
